“Hope in action — sharing dignity, compassion, and love with widows and families in need.”
This Easter season, MacKillop Foundation had the privilege of reaching out to vulnerable members of the community in Okara, Pakistan. With grateful hearts, we distributed summer dresses and clothing to widows, poor women, and men who are facing financial hardship.
For many of them, this simple gift was more than clothing — it was a reminder that they are seen, valued, and remembered. Moments like these bring warmth, encouragement, and a sense of dignity to those who are struggling.
Easter reminds us of the power of hope, renewal, and compassion. Inspired by these values, MacKillop Foundation continues its mission to support vulnerable individuals and families, especially widows and those living in poverty.
This outreach was made possible through the kindness and generosity of our supporters and volunteers. Together, we continue to build a community where care, dignity, and hope are shared with those who need it most.
“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress.”
— James 1:27
